Last night, the top representatives of the nation’s music scene gathered to celebrate the CMA awards. As it could not be otherwise, the celebration took place in Nashville, one of the cradles of this style of music. Luke Byan repeated as host this year but this time accompanied by Peyton Manning as co-host. The protagonist of the night was Luke Combs, the singer took the award for ‘Artist of the Year’ but, if we talk about styling, the one who grabbed all the attention was Katy Perry
The singer wore two all-denim looksboth on the red carpet and during her performance. The ‘total denim’ could not be a better choice for this event, it is part of the region style, and Katy knew how to wear it to perfection. The responsible for this outfit was the stylist Tatiana Waterford, who usually dresses the singer.
For the red carpet styling, they chose a set of wide leg pants with a maxi bow on one side, combined with a V-neck best with straps falling over the shoulder.

But it wasn’t the only moment of the night where Katy chose ‘denim’ to shine. The singer performed alongside Thomas Rhett, who performed their new song ‘Where We Started’. For this moment Katy upped her nation level and wore a long denim dress with a hip-length slit trimmed with bangs which revealed the black boots and fishnet stockings she had finished off the look with. In addition, the strapless dress had a round cut out on one side of the waist and a train, and the perfect cowboy hat for the occasion.
